Meditation is the ultimate goal of Yoga … Although we can’t teach meditation we can teach the prerequisites of meditation – including Pranayama and Yogic Exercise

I practice Relaxation, Pranayama, Yogic Exercise and Meditation early every morning

Two mornings a week I invite you to practice with me Live through my Private Facebook Group –

TUESDAY and THURSDAY 5.30-7.30am

Recordings of the Live classes will be shared immediately after the class finishes so if you can’t make the time of the live class you can practice at a convenient time

This shared practice is offered on a donation only basis – you are not obliged to donate but if you can please send donations to –

All donations will be sent to the charity of our choice every 3 months 🙂
